Academic Writing Program Director
I have earned my MA and MPhil in Medieval Studies at Yale University, and now work as a research assistant and teaching fellow at Yale. As part of my teaching responsibilities, I teach essay writing, workshops student essays, and grade student papers. Based on my teaching experience at Yale, educational background and my passion for academics, I designed the Scholar Launch U.S. College Writing Seminar.
Director of Research Practicum
I earned a PhD in Latin American History from Emory University. Previously, I completed a BA in History and Hispanic Studies at the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford. At Scholar Launch, I help pair students with Faculty Advisors and Teaching Assistants who are passionate about their fields and who can guide and collaborate with students on individualized as well as team-based Research Practicums.
Director of Admissions
I earned my MA in Applied Linguistics and TESOL at Teachers College, Columbia University. I have 10 years of teaching experience around the world and 7 years of work experience in the education/e-learning industry in New York. I have helped hundreds of students grow and enter their dream schools. At Scholar Launch, I am in charge of recruiting and admitting best candidates into the research programs and serve as a bridge between teaching faculty and families.
